As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 341 people, 101 households, and 83 families residing in the town. The population density was 214.7 people per square mile (82.8/km²). There were 110 housing units at an average density of 69.3 per square mile (26.7/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 95.89% White, 0.59% Native American, 0.29% Asian, 0.29% Pacific Islander, 0.29% from other races, and 2.64% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.88% of the population.
There were 101 households out of which 43.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 76.2% were married couples living together, 4.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 17.8% were non-families. 16.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 10.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.38 and the average family size was 3.87.
